These are my hints and tips on how to effectively prepare for a hand therapy placement

  • Hand anatomy (especially the bones, tendons and nerves)
  • Complex regional pain syndrome (potential red flag)

Helpful tip: Think Palmar surface = flexors, dorsal surface = extensors
