Textbooks
Provides a succint summary of the key knowledge for many areas of physiotherapy such as musculoskeletal assessment, cardiac rehabilitation, neurological physiotherapy, management of respiratory diseases, physiotherapy in women's health and many more.
Trail guide to the Body by Andrew Biel
It describes how to palpate the bony landmarks, muscles, ligaments and other structures in easy to follow steps. Beside the palpation instructions, there are diagrams showing the structure you are palpating.
I would throughly recommend purchasing this book, it is definately worth every penny in my view.
Orthopedic Physical Assessment by David Magee
Magee's book given an in-depth description of the anatomy, assessment and patterns disfunction associated with each joint. I found this book very useful to help consolidate my assessment knowledge and to find the special tests with the strongest statistical and clinical support.

Physiotutors provide video on aspects of assessment and special tests. I personally find their videos very useful when practicing new assessment skills such as the upper limb nerve tension tests during my free time.
